Today we're going to the deeper than money podcast.

Today we're going to be talking about airplanes.

And bear with me because I promise it will make sense.

And I'm sitting down to record this podcast and my windows cracked open. And there are birds chirping in the background so loudly

and I was going to shut my window but I recently learned that the sounds of birds chirping

are actually incredibly calming to our nervous system because I don't know in the wild or whatever

when birds are chirping it means there's no danger right there's no storm coming there's no

predator looming and so the birds are chirping and so it actually is very calming to our nervous

system and it can actually be really great to listen.

Like if you're not in a spot where you hear birds chirping,

it can be really good to listen to like a bird chirping YouTube video or something

because it actually very much relaxes our nervous system.

So that has been something I have been loving lately is either crack my window even if it's cold so I can hear

birds chirping or literally listening to like almost like white noise but birds chirping while I'm
