Hey guys, happy Friday. Welcome back. Today I wanted to talk to you all about reverse dieting.

But today I wanted to talk a little more in depth on some questions I get around it and really how reverse dieting can meet you where you're at.

So typically a reverse diet is used as a diet after the diet, but in a lot of cases it can be

explain what reverse dieting is for those of you who this might

reverse dieting. So we're just going to start there and kind of build from that. So reverse

dieting again, I usually refer to it as the diet after the diet because this is essentially,

a reverse is where you're basically flipping a diet on its head.

So we know with a regular diet if you're in a calorie deficit,

as you're losing weight over time, your body is going to adapt to that.

To those calories, It will lower your calorie output,
