Ooh boy. Boy. I love how you always start off the podcast like that because I think you have

something to tell me. Yeah and it's never anything that exciting because we're

boring people. I mean you know what it is about a routine is like get in this

routine because I have something we have our wedding coming up in a month and a half and I'm envisioning

photos being taken from the side of my face and all I see is my little, not little, my chicken gizzard that you get. The older you get, the more

your skin just fights to get to the ground from your chin and it just drops and I just

goggggg up back back.

That's all I hear in my head.

And I just know there's gonna be some photos taken

where I'm gonna be like really sad and I know that's sad to even

worry about stuff like that but it does motivate me so now I'm in this routine

that's so boring and once I get into a routine I feel like I'm just dying slowly because I'm just like we're fast because I'm just like oh I gotta do this then I eat my protein then I have my creatine then I lift next day then I have my create team then I lift next day then I do this and it's just like a

repetitive thing and my a d d kicks in where I'm like I this doesn't feel normal I

don't know how people do it and yeah so all I'm thinking

about is my gizzard well I feel like that's something the gizzard is something

that happens in your 40s.
