For me, the ultimate form of addiction, though, is the idea of ourselves.

That's where we're all trapped.

So it's such a blind spot that you don't know that it's you.

It's just who you are, that you are.

They could say, I don't feel safe right now.

That's a very different environment than I am not safe as a continuum.

There's always the possibility of stepping back.

That is the truth of who we are.

Correct.

And that is freedom. So that is the connection between truth and freedom. Yes. So when you're free, you're not fighting

the world, which is really not fighting yourself. You're at ease. When you're at ease, body tends to

function pretty well. And now this is a slippery part as the ego wants its predominant imperative

is to be right about its own idea of itself. So now we will start to seek evidence to confirm our reality,

even though it might be to our own detriment. Confirmation bias. Yes. I would also say money is

something else that lets us coordinate our actions in this way. And money is a conversation ultimately,

right, if you really understand it. Tell me more about that. There's no such thing as success. It's cultural programming.

That starts to dabble now with power and what I would assert is true success because I've worked

with multiple billionaires that I wouldn't say are successful, but they have a lot of money. Right.

Because to me, success is synonymous with peace. I'm not giving somebody something. I'm helping them reveal what's already been there,

always been there. I'm helping you see that by seeing what's in the way. So it's a revelatory process.

This is the dimension of being human. For me, the most powerful part of this was 15 minutes

after I had the realization, one, I I don't know the nature of life is uncertain
