Happy Friday! Today's episode we are joined by the Queen of Napdress Nation, founder of Hill House

Nell Diamond. I'm so excited to have her on because, as you guys know, I am a

Napdress fanatic and it appears a lot of the Freckled Foodie family is also a part of Napdress Nation.

So I'm really pumped to have her give you all a little bit more insight into how she created

this incredible company and truly this movement. Like I am fascinated by her ability to create

a community around a piece of clothing because I think that that is very, very rare. I honestly

can't really think of many other examples like this and that have cultivated what she has.

So today we kind of dive into how she founded Hill House where the idea came from, her experience

at the Yale School of Management, just growing a business, especially growing a business that's

booming during COVID and then we also dive into being a mother and postpartum anxiety and

everything that comes along with all of the hormones. So I hope you guys enjoyed today's episode.

I am really hard on myself. I get that but this was not my best showing. I just am recording this

in a time where I'm dealing with a lot of postpartum depression and my brain is just cross-firing

and things are not working up to my normal part. So fortunately now carried the torch in this
