Hello guys and welcome to a sort of bonus episode with Shambhu Dram.

Today's episode you'll notice if you're listening and you're so freaking confused.

This was recording while I was still pregnant.

It was going to be one of the maternity leave episodes and then some things was scheduling changed.

And so now we are releasing it as a bonus episode because I love the conversation.

I think it's really educational, informative and helpful and I want you all to hear it.

So just kind of put yourself back in the like early May timeline of my life because I'm still recording.

I reference a lot of like when I have Liam obviously Liam has been born.

So basically I just want to put that little note in here in case you are very confused.
