Now another aspect where I think with all of the new technologies we can enable to happen much more quickly is the whole aspect of knowing the right people for women and underrepresented groups who have all of these other outside of work obligations as a primary caretaker You're just not given that level of serendipity into running into who might be able to give you your next job or who might be able to vouch for you.

So now with all these technologies where it's been normalized, it's very normal to say, hey, we can't

meet in person, but let's hop on a video call, let's zoom, or even now more

or more of these mentoring platforms or AI-assisted

platforms that can match you with someone that you might, for example, be able to learn a lot

from who's maybe two or three years more senior in their career than in yours, which is tangible.

So they can give you tactical advice to help you advance.

Well, that's going to really add oil to the flywheel that can help accelerate the careers for these people.
