Folks, for those of us that have been lifelong hunters and love to access the back entry,

sedentary lifestyle and our dietary habits we tend to put on a little bit of excess weight

five years ago, I was getting pretty frustrated with myself. I'd torn my Achilles tendon when I was

33 and put on about 20 pounds and had never gotten rid of it. And so I tried with my wife. I tried the ketogenic diet,

typically just called the keto diet, right? And I lost 26 pounds in 70 days. It was amazing.

Until I put it back on again. And so there's another approach to this called the carnivore diet. And I've got my good friend, Luke,
