actually knows what's going on and so we have delivered on that

promise. I think it's important to note at this point that we've never promised

anything before so this is the first promise We're actually one for one on promises. Yeah.

Tom worked with legislators to form this bill. So he can talk, he's going to talk a little bit about that process, but he also can speak to what the bill does well and what the bill does not do and what we need to still have done in terms of stimulus.
