I've set up my microphone in a different room today and just to give you sort of a bit behind the curtains.

Normally my microphone is buried into a cupboard full of coats,

and that's because I once watched on a YouTube clip by I think the booth junkie Mike Delgado and he said the

if you don't have a studio then the best way to to get some degree of sound insulation

is to put your microphone in a

wardrobe and today I've got it on a table so I do suspect it might not sound as

good. Right, great new podcast today and it's the first of four episodes about what's coming up next with work.

Specifically, that question that pretty much everyone is asking, how can we make work feel like community again?

How can we build workplace cultures when we're not at work together?

I was really fortunate to chat to my friend Gary who runs a culture consultancy called Wonder last week and he was

describing something to me that he's running for one organization that he works

with that just sounded extraordinary.

They were helping charities during the day, they were getting together,

everyone received mail out pack for them to do something to collectively

in the evening just a good reminder that we can do a lot of things and we can put

special things on even when we're limited about what we can do.
