I would say more than anything having a passion for what you do and having a purpose for what you do.

I would say those two things are probably going to be bigger than anything else in terms of having a healthy life.

If we're going to take out like the science of things and that

kind of stuff I would say that's a that's been the biggest thing for me kind of

fun and really what you're passionate about and really what you feel your

purposes and going for that.

Welcome back to Pursuing Health. On this episode, I catch up again with five-time Cross-Vick Games athlete

and Ohio University track and field alum Dan Bailey. Dan has never finished

outside the top 10 at the games and most recently he finished in fourth place in

2015. Last time we talked to Dan in episode 11 of pursuing health he was living in San Diego on a boat and training for the 2016

Crosspit Games.

That season didn't end the way he wanted to as he missed qualifying, but this year he's more focused

than ever to return to the games and finish on the podium.

He's recently moved back to his home state of Ohio and with the debut of season two of his

Danny Broflex episodes we had plenty to catch up on.
