Brendan received his BSN from King's State College, where he was also the

captain of his rugby team. Brendan began his cross-fit journey in Saratoga Spring

New York and he currently resides in Memphis Tennessee where he works as a nurse on the

medical specialty unit at Lebonher Children's Hospital and he trains at
