0:13.2	Today we beat our 12th and final judge, Samson.
0:16.6	He may be the only one you've heard of before.
0:18.7	He's definitely the most famous.
0:20.6	In part because his story is the most detailed in the book, but also it might have something
0:24.8	to do with the fact that he feels like the closest thing Christian culture has to a
0:28.2	traditional superhero.
0:30.7	I hope today's reading helped paint things a little more clearly because he's probably
0:34.4	the worst and most wicked of all the judges in the book.
0:37.8	Not only that, but he probably doesn't actually have big muscles like we usually imagine.

0:57.0	Yesterday's battle with the Ammonites was happening in the Transjordan east of the Jordan

1:01.8	And this stuff with the Philistines is happening along the Mediterranean coastline of Israel,

1:07.1	First, we meet a man named Manoa and the angel of the Lord who is likely God the Sun shows
1:13.1	up to tell Manoa's bear in wife that she's going to have a son.
