Good afternoon, everyone, and it's Dr. Niagara again with our next episode of Psychology Unplugged.

As always, a heartfelt thank you to everybody who follows our program, people who reach out to me

via my phone number or text or email. I really appreciate it. I try my best to give back to as many people as possible.

Some people have asked to write a book with me. Others have asked for supervision. And

the common theme is a lot of people kind of need have piqued an interest in maybe pursuing a career

in psychology and asked me to do

maybe one episode on my discipline of the clinical psychologist and the clinical

neuropsychologist and what that trajectory looks like academically and training-wise and then maybe

another episode in terms of Julie's work as a psychiatric prescriber.

Again, we're very blessed to have had wonderful education, educations, great teachers, mentors,

supervisors that we've learned from.

I always say I am a perpetual student.

I am constantly reading and learning,

which is crucial to stay up to date in this ever-changing field.

So as we approach the week of Christmas,

I will make sure to try to get an episode uploaded,

even though I do this on Sundays and next Sunday is Christmas I'll find

some way to get something uploaded for you guys and again thank you I'm trying to post more

on Instagram and trying to figure out to get back to people so bear with me if I have more time

and stick to the versions of myself, I'd probably be able to get

a lot more done. But I love what I do. I do what I love. And for the grace of God, I never feel

that I am working. So this is a tough time of year for people. It's a hard time a year for me

...
