0:03.3	And this is the meditation drifting down the river of dreams, a gateway dreaming meditation.
0:12.1	To begin our journey together, take a very, very deep breath.
0:17.0	And as you exhale, feel and allow your body, just relax.
0:30.0	No matter what is occurring in your life, in the deepest sense, all is well.
0:39.2	All is well.
0:41.4	There is always a place inside of you.
0:45.0	It is still and wise and radiant. With every breath you take and sound you hear you find yourself relaxing and going even deeper than you are right now.
1:05.0	That's good, that's excellent.
1:10.0	Travel in your imagination now and imagine that you're in a canoe and you're on a
1:19.3	slow meandering river. It's that wonderful time of day between light and dark. Everything is
1:30.3	a wash with a golden light.
1:35.4	You paddle rhythmically.
1:37.6	In and out.
1:39.9	You can hear the soft splashing of the water.
1:43.9	As you look at the trees filled with that golden light of the setting sun.
1:50.3	The very river itself seems to be made of golden light, paddling in and out.
1:59.0	As you paddle on this river, you're allowing the current to take you at the same time as you
2:07.4	paddle.
2:09.8	And on the distant shore you see a fire. You can smell that wonderful smell of smoke in the
2:18.6	air as you begin pedaling toward that shore.
2:25.0	In and out, closer and closer and closer.
