Dr. Berg talks about if we need fat in our diet. Yes, we do!  You need one to one ratio of Omega 3 and Omega 6. Usually, people do one to six ratio and I do not recommend this. Omega 3 is known to be anti-inflammatory whereas Omega 6 is inflammatory. Make sure you  take vitamin A, D, E  and K. Deficiencies of essential fatty acids cause dermatitis, alopecia, lower immune system, worsen memory and mood, and affects the cardiovascular system

Mainly, I want to talk about the essential fatty acids, essential
