I wanted to create a quick video on my electrolyte powder and one very important point about it. 

I know a lot of you are doing keto and are on the electrolyte powder, that’s great. But, what you need to know is that this product is not a sodium replacement product.

If you’re doing exercise, you’re mainly losing sodium. You’ll lose some of the other electrolytes too, but you’re primarily losing sodium. 

If you think you’re going to replace all of your electrolytes with this electrolyte powder, you may end up with a sodium deficiency.
