In this podcast, I want to go over the missing nutrient in allergies. There are other causes of allergies. You might even notice I’ve done videos of this. But, I haven’t yet touched on a nutrient deficiency that is behind quite a few different allergic reactions.

| 1:36.3 | liver, but mainly it's in the dark leafy green vegetables. |
