Let's talk about how you can actually boost testosterone just with consuming more onions.

0:26.6

And of course testosterone is definitely a problem with men as they get older. By the time you reach

0:32.1

40 every year your testosterone decreases by 1% and testosterone does many things beyond just

0:38.2

increasing libido. It's in control of male characteristics like hair on your body. It's also

0:44.2

involved in muscle. There are quite a few people that are also going the testosterone around

0:48.9

and getting testosterone pellets and taking testosterone injections, things like that,

0:53.9

which I'm not crazy about those therapies simply because anytime you start taking a hormone,

0:59.8

you inactivate the gland that makes that hormone. So my question is why would you need to increase

1:05.4

the hormone on the first place? What's actually causing a decrease in that hormone? Generally speaking,

1:10.6

a much better approach would be or glandular therapy supporting the gland with certain nutrition

1:15.6

or even whole-desiccated glanduners because that way you're supporting the thing that communicates

1:22.2

not necessarily the communication between the gland and the receptor because really the endocrine

1:28.6

system is a communication network, very similar to neurotransmitters that work through the nervous

1:34.3

system. So hormones are created, send through the blood and get received to create different effects.

1:40.9

And so when you tend to bypass mother nature, it always comes with a problem or a side effect.

1:46.5

But in this video I want to talk just about something that won't have any side effects,

1:50.7

onions. Now what does an onion do for testosterone? Well, apparently there's something in the onion

1:58.2

that triggers another hormone called mutinizing hormone from the pituitary and luteinizing hormone

2:05.4

in males travels down to the testicles to increase testosterone. So luteinizing hormone is kind

2:12.0

of like the controller or regulator of the production of testosterone. And onion based in about 29

2:19.0

different studies was about 75 percent effective. Onions also give you a lot of additional

2:25.4

things. It has properties to help with insulin resistance. It gives powerful antioxidant effects,
