Summary

In Episode 224 I sit down with Tyler Williams. Tyler and I have known each other since high school and went our separate ways shortly after graduation. 20 years later we’ve reconnected and found we are on a shockingly similar path of jiu jitsu, capability, and resistance! One of Tyler’s missions is to make the trades cool again! He wants to empower people to build with their hands, lean into creation, and become a person of value. Please check the attached website below as they are playing an integral role to bring back honor to the trades. To our young listeners never allow the path you choose to be diminished by others because you didn’t get a 4-year degree and go 100K in debt! The trades can undoubtedly lead to a path of freedom and prosperity in today’s society. This was one of my favorite episodes to date! What a great human he is! Please enjoy episode 224 of the Endless Endeavor Podcast.

What's up, guys? Welcome back to the Unless Endeavor podcast. This is going to be episode 224. And I know I say this often, but this week's episode was fucking radical. One of my favorite episodes that I've recorded in a really long time. Me and Tyler Williams just hit it off. We have good synergy. We've known each other our whole lives, but we went our separate ways and we reconnected

We're first brought to you by Element, and that is spelled LMNT.

0:48.0

And what Element is, it is a grab-and-go hydration packet that you add to a bottle of water during or after rigorous physical activity.

0:55.8

Each packet contains 1,000 milligrams of sodium, 200 milligrams of potassium, and 60 milligrams

1:01.0

of magnesium, and these are a fucking game changer.

1:04.8

Hydration is not about just drinking water.

1:07.5

It is about drinking an adequate amount of water and also balancing your

1:11.5

electrolytes. When you're training hard, you're sweating a lot, you deplete a lot of your

1:15.4

electrolytes and to perform optimally, it is essential to replace those. You know you go to a hard

1:21.0

workout or a hard road march and after your equipment dries out, it's all covered in that white

1:25.7

crystal layer. That is your body excreating massive amounts of salt and it needs to be replenished.

1:31.5

And element is fucking amazing for that.

1:33.8

If you are a jiu-jitsu person, trust me, adding element to your training routine will prove beneficial.

1:39.7

There is no doubt in my mind.

super smart motherfucker, and he has come up with a formula that serves athletes. So if you would
