doing it. I'm your host, Melanie Straub. This is episode 10, Doctrine and Covenants 20 through 22,

the rise of the Church of Christ. Okay, people, I just want to let you know that last night I was trying to get this done.

This is 2025. And I couldn't get the program to work. And then at 345 this morning, I woke up

with a thought in my mind exactly what the problem was. And then I couldn't go back to sleep. So I came down and tried to fix it.

And did-l-de-de-dee, it worked. So I think that the Lord can only talk to me in the middle of the night because my brain is always going 10,000 miles a minute and I need to learn to be still.

I'm so grateful that he helps us with our problems and I'm so grateful that he's aware

of me.

And some things I said in this podcast were a little bit of a pep talk that I needed right

now to get things in gear for this new Joy podcast that's coming out.

I'm so excited about it.

I am sorry in advance, but there's a lot of things weighing on my soul this week.

And as I was writing this, they kept popping up.

So I'm just saying them.

Okay. So the first thing I want to read is a review left on iTunes because it's so important.

It says, I love this podcast. When my mom suggested I listened to it, I was not in a good place. I have always had a testimony, but I have been making awful choices and rarely attended church and never read the scriptures.

Melanie's enthusiasm and testimony inspired me to begin reading the Book of Mormon every day, and now I'm reading it for a third time.
