So for those who might not know, I'm a competitive powerlifter.

So I haven't done any bodybuilding or anything like that, but I've competed in power

looking for a little while.

And like yourself, Jeff, I lift in the IPF, so the International Powerlifting Federation.

Here in Australia, it's the Powerlifting Australia, so I've got that T-shirt here.

Yeah, so I lived's the powerlifting Australia, so I've got that t-shirt here. Yeah, so I lived in the power lifting Australia, and I've been competing for a few years.

Now I'm 22, so I'm still the junior, but I have been lifting for a little while.

Before that, like through my youth, I guess, I did lots of, like, random stuff stuff so I did like a bit of track like

athletics played like Australian rules football which a lot of people might not

be familiar with but I did a whole bunch of that kind of stuff and I'm quite a

small person I'm not very tall I'm five foot three so I wasn't very good at

ball sports I wasn't very good at like running so then I kind of said, you know, I need to lift some weights.

I need to get stronger if I want to be competitive in kind of contact sports.

And then did a little bit of that and realized, hey, I'm better at lifting weights than I am
