I've kept it off for something like six years, and I'm here to talk about it. And with me, as always, is the habit

forming Catherine Weigel, your lovely wife of almost 26 years. I'm a tiny habit certified coach,

a Thrive Global Certified Coach, and you have made the habit of being married to me. I sure have.

I've made it look easy.

Man, we talk a lot about habits. Yeah. All the time. There's a lot of them. Yeah, normally there's

like, you know, warning, maybe habit forming. But in this case, it's like a good thing. It's a good thing.

Yeah, I see I'm turning it around. I would like to congratulate

before we move forward. I would like to congratulate our audience for getting through six

episodes talking about the stages of weight loss and all the things that you do and the the

ladders you climb and the pyramids and the all of that. We just finished.

I heard it was a pleasure for them.
