This whole thing came about because when I was originally a volunteer at this organization

that's now U.S. digital response, we started in March of 2020 to help governments

with COVID and we were talking a lot to governments and figuring out what are

their needs, how can the work that we're doing support them. And I realize this, we weren't charging them, but it still had this feeling of being similar to a sales process.
