I'm sure many of you can relate to going through tough situations that last weeks or even

years and eventually causing you to hit a wall.

Sometimes when we face that wall we're left with questions such as, how did I get here?

Where did I go wrong and how can I feel like myself again?

I've hit that wall multiple times and every time I do, immediately I feel a sense of disappointment

in myself.

What the truth is, after every time I've hit that roadblock, I realize that it presents

us with a gift and an opportunity to turn another direction and start a new path, and that

path leads to rediscovering yourself.

In my humble opinion, I think all everybody really wants at their core is to feel like

they're living in alignment with themselves.

When someone is living in alignment, they can walk through fire unburned.

Nothing the world throws at them can take them out of their shield of inner peace.

So getting back to that place is crucial and that's why this episode is going to focus

The thing about alignment is it can feel really overwhelming to people.
