relate to others and especially addressing the underlying sticky patterns that lead to ongoing secession of relational difficulties in our life.

And we'll be talking about it both from the perspective of contemporary psychology as well as from the perspective of early Buddhism and I like to do that in my talks, blend the darma especially as laid out originally in the

Polycannon, which is the original teachings some 2,500 years old with teachings of today

especially in new cutting edge therapeutic modalities and clinical psychology and

also empirical research in neuropsychology.
