You know, right now, for my reviews, what I do is I put it on the scorecard, and this is how guys get demotions or not.

I know a lot of guys that give their people $10 for reviews.

Here's a secret.

You know, we were on another meeting yesterday, and I said, I had a server, and I put it on my personal Facebook.

And she said, hey, listen, I want to win the prize put it on my personal Facebook.

And she said, hey, listen, I want to win the prize.

The boss has given us a bottle or I don't know what he was giving, like a bottle of wine.

If I win the contest, she was a nice lady.

She was elderly.

And she said, could you guys leave me a review real quick?

And here's what I like to do.

Give something meaningful that means a lot to the technicians. Hey, listen, the boss has taken us out bowling. He doesn't really go out

all the time. He's taken just four of us. And it would really mean a lot to me if you left me

a review. People want to hear a reason why to leave a review and a purpose and they want to do it for the person they're doing it for.
