In today’s podcast, I had Eric Hensley on. He had a negative net worth of over a million dollars in terrible credit card debt, high interest and any day loans. You name it and he had it! He turned that around faster than anyone I’ve ever seen! He’s in my future flipper coaching program and I watched him go from that low point, to getting through the storm, and now a multimillionaire already! He’s got 40 new builds going on , own over 300 rental units, a big wholesaling company , and I’m so proud of where he’s come from! In this episode we talked about what it was like going through the eye of the storm being that much in debt and how he got through it. And also, for the first time in this podcast, I did a live mentorship! So for the second half of this episode, I went into his business, just like I do with any of my students who really need it, and analyzed what I saw as potential road blocks in his journey. Eric lives outside of Nashville and began his career as a real estate agent. He began real estate investing and his first few deals did not pan out! Eric and his wife created their business of house flipping and drove all in! Eric came to my Big Bear event two years ago and we had a ton of fun!
