Andrew Cordle started entrepreneurship in real estate as a house flipper! He got burnt out after about 1000 houses and wanted to continue growing his business. He became a public speaker and has spoken to many real estate investors and leaders. When COVID hit, he shifted his public speaking into mastermind programs and is planning to launch card software he developed.

We discuss the importance of social media in business. Social media can help get you funding, deals, employees, and more! A lot of business owners have struggles finding time for content and conducting business, so it’s good to find a balance! Andrew discusses the philosophy of documenting instead of creating. While there is truth to it, Andrew emphasizes that one should document with purpose. Strategy is key for content!
