The grounding breath.

I invite you to sit down quietly.

Close your eyes.

Let your shoulders relax.

Let your jaw relax.

Take a deep breath and let your hands relax.

Your legs and knees and feet soft and relaxed. and now bring your awareness to your lower abdomen around.

And now bring your awareness to your lower abdomen, around and just behind the area of your naval, and begin to take deep, slow, and steady breaths down into this space.

And as you breathe, imagine that you're filling the area behind your naval with your breath.
