I think it's five things here that I have that I do that help me to maintain the physique I have

year round. So I stay within the same body weight range. It's, I would say, a two to three pound range that I stay in all the time.

And that is whether I am tracking macros or not.

I will say the majority of the year that I'm at maintenance, I will usually do a short

cutting phase during the spring summertime right before summer usually

just to tighten things up since I'm in bikinis more often in the summer and things like that

a lot of the winter and especially during holidays I don't track when I'm on vacations or when I travel I don't

track. So this, the way I live and the way I do things, this allows me to maintain the physique

I have year round again, whether I am tracking macros or not. And I honestly, when I first started counting

macros, it was one of those things that I was very excited to do it. But then when I first got

into it, I was like, am I going to have to do this forever? And I have a lot of people that will

ask me, if I start counting macros, am I going to have to do it forever?

I don't want to have to do that forever.

I don't want to have to weigh and measure my food forever.

I don't want to have to put things in a food tracking at forever.
