it's rare in that this is only Biden's second address to the nation

from the Oval Office. I'm trying to remember, I'm pretty sure Trump did one or two as well,

but as we know, he never saw a camera that he didn't like. I do remember George Bush doing one

immediately after the 9-11 attacks or in the days following it

when it was really felt that he needed to get a grip, you know, and address the nation and

show that he was in command.
