0:00.0	this is the flavor. So let's start here. Biggest change in your perspective that you've had recently.
0:09.9	I think the biggest shift in my perspective has been I started to hire my daughter. She's 23
0:17.9	years old. And so my perspective of being a father changed when I got to witness my daughter
0:26.5	in in occupation in in that form and I'm sure her perception changed. But it gave me a great
0:34.4	humility to understand how blessed I am to have all the young people to work for me like you Jake.
0:42.0	But to have her I could understand because I probably like most parents think too highly
0:49.6	of my own child and you know understanding where she's at change my perspective of how to
0:57.6	meet my own team where they're at. And so a lot of times we forget that I'm 30 years older than
1:06.9	most of the people that work with me or I want to work with. And some of the basics when we're
1:14.2	communicating are not met. They can't be. There's no awareness to them. And so it was a great
1:22.0	paradigm shift. A perspective changer for me to work in Barbados. We were at the FinTech
1:27.2	Island with some great speakers and it was amazing because it allowed me to hopefully connect as my
1:35.9	question was aligned with that for you Jake is where can I meet people where they're at not
1:42.4	perceive or assume that everybody understands or gets you. And I know even Amelia who I've
1:49.2	worked with for a long time she always tells me my unwinding routine that I had Jake.
1:56.0	At first it didn't meet her where I was at she's like that's such bullshit right like we all
2:00.8	listen and resist people you can listen on clubhouse and you're like that's not a nugget that's
2:06.8	bullshit. And I love the fact that you know we have a close enough relationship where
2:11.8	my unwinding routine put it myself into a position every night to be in a position of recovery
2:18.0	mentally physically spiritually but also accessing information that my tomorrow starts today
2:23.4	did not resonate with Amelia and it just took time. Not at all David I hated it I was like that's
2:29.6	stupid I should put that on my forehead because I think we that that's the perception right
