0:22.3	pod, you'll know that we've spoken about the power of intention a lot. Right. We speak about
0:28.1	intention a lot. And I've shared many times that the word intention has a Latin origin meaning
0:34.4	purpose. So if you live with intention, it means you live on purpose. Right, we're not a
0:41.2	plastic bag going any which way in the wind. No, we have an intention, we have a purpose. And the number
0:47.9	one rule to get anywhere is to know where you're going. Ask your GPS, right? Intention matters. And I mean small things and big things.
0:57.7	How do I intend this meeting to go? How do I intend my vacation to go? How do I intend my business,
1:04.5	my next book to go? How do I intend this dinner out with a friend to go? How do I intend my trip to Zara to return something
1:13.7	to go? You can see this is significant big life stuff and then day-to-day stuff. Intention is powerful
1:21.6	because my friends, expectation is a very powerful force. And when our expectation is laced with good intention,
1:32.3	notice how things shift subtly and dramatically. Now, one thing that I have noticed is that people
1:41.1	often say to me, oh, you know, I need this, I need that. And I don't want to say
1:45.8	it's too late. Nothing is ever too late, right? All of our, all of our power is in the present moment.
1:51.7	But it can be really handy to do what's called a pre-paving. Right. So instead of saying, you know,
1:58.7	I intend to find a job today because I've got no job, right? Or I tend to find an
2:03.4	apartment now because I just got kicked out of the place that I live. Look, that's fine. Things can show up. I believe we're all
2:10.1	inherently taken care of. But why wouldn't we start intending for that way before we need it, right? Way, way, way, way, way, way,
2:18.9	way before we need it. I've shared this on the podcast before I worked with a woman who was showing
2:23.5	us this new house that she was, that she purchased and she was renovating. And she said, you know,
2:28.9	when I have my baby, this is going to be X, Y, Z for the baby. And I said to somebody afterwards, I was like, I didn't know
