point forward. I want to just give you a few things that have personally helped me as I've moved

forward in my own life after some things I've done, particularly coming off a consumer fast some years ago. In that way,

you could consider this a post-shopping fast show, what to do now. I gave some overarching

guidelines today, but if you want those nitty-gritty specifics that I get more into, those will be

in my email and video. So if you

It's been interesting the reaction to Jesus over everything, particularly chapter one where I talk

about shopping. A lot of reactions and multiple folks who have written me to say,

can you tell me what you do now after you have done your shopping fast? If you follow me on

Instagram, you know I love to sometimes share about clothes that I got on sale or my latest

whatever bargain. I still, and I probably always will love shopping for things on sale and finding things for

less that look much more expensive. I still consider clothes and decorative things for my house

and artistic expression of mine. I don't know, it's just always been within me and that hasn't

gone away. Those things after the shopping fast still remain.

So it's not like I have gotten rid of sort of that appetite. It is just that I have learned a way
