It is morning for me, which is unusual.

In fact, I would say that this is the earliest I have ever recorded.

I just had breakfast and a cup of coffee,

and now I'm sitting and talking to you, and that has just never happened. Almost always,

I am coming to you from very late at night, and it's dark and quiet, and right now, it's sunny and bright, and the the early morn my eldest daughter isn't even up yet

i've been trying to mix up some of my patterns if you were here last week you heard me talking to my

And last night I went to bed early, and I got up early,

and it definitely feels different.

I've heard yoga teachers talk about, you know,

mixing up your sequences in class to make sure that you're not getting into, like,

ruts or, you know, patterns that you're just comfortable, that you've got to keep yourself fresh

and, you know, the neuroplasticity of your brain and all of that.

But in my own personal practice ritual, anyone who practices with me knows,

I tend to do the same poses in the same order again and again and again. I like that

consistency and ritual and I like the repetition over time.

It's certainly not the same practice every day, even if I'm doing the same poses.

It's never the same every day, but I like that consistent structure.

However, it's not fixed, and sometimes I'll mix that up some.
