Welcome to many happy miles where we celebrate all sorts of forward movement, whether it's running 20.25 miles or getting some fun drinks and apps together to watch the ball drop tonight and start our new year.

Miles, which is our podcast's namesake. Gosh, it's hard to believe another year is

winding down with this amazing program that you started like some six years ago, Dimmity. So has it

felt like it's been that long or does it feel like yesterday when you launched it? A little bit of both

in the best way, right? So we launched it in 2019 and we planned it in 2018.

And so we're coming into our seventh year of doing many happy miles. And so like that planning

meeting feels like, you know, it could have been yesterday. And but then I think about seven years.

I'm like, that's a long time. There are times,

in many happy miles, we're going to talk about it quite a bit, but you get fresh strength

circuit, fresh workouts every month, fresh challenge. And sometimes, coming into our seventh

year, I'm going to admit, the fresh part can be part of a challenge for me, but that's the

fun thing, right? To think of new ways to package workouts, new ways to think about strength.

You know, I mean, because there's basically like structures and things that we're going to, you know,

always have the fundamentals, but it's fun to kind of play around with it a little bit and keep it

interesting. Yeah. Well, you do such a good job with those workouts, I have to say.
