Yeah, I've been up north looking at the last remaining ferry on the east coast of Scotland

and unpicking the mysteries of the gigantic, mysterious copper beach.

I went across the Loch Morlach, which sits just at the foot of the Kerngorms,

and it is one of the most

picturesque places in Scotland that actually has a sailing club it's inshore sailing but nonetheless

tricky for that anyway the Finthorn Valley lies a few miles just outside for us it's a really

pretty part of the country we went there to a place called Randolph's

leaf down beside the river. And we didn't. No, we didn't. No, it looked too stupid. But in the

valley itself, you'll find Logie Stedding. It's owned by the Ling family. It is a really busy

place, everything from woodland gardens to a whiskey shop. Pining Ling gave me a whistle

stop tour of the estate and the first stop was her rather beautiful herd of longhorn cattle.
