Instead, I'm going to lead you through a meditation to connect with your higher self.

If you don't have the ability to close your eyes and turn within for the next 10 minutes,

You can grab a journal and some crystals if you like or simply smell your cup of coffee

and answers to flow into your mind's eye with ease.

If you have the tendency of falling asleep during meditations, please do this sitting up

or leaning against a wall so that you can fully connect.

Allow yourself to find a comfortable place, settling into your body, breathing in, breathing

out.

Allow the eyes to lift halfway open, just a soft gaze, not too far ahead of you.

Breathe in, exhale, breathe in all the way to the belly and as you exhale, close your
