As there ever been a day that has passed where you knew what was going to happen every

minute of that day.

The answer is probably no.

Life has a beautiful way of throwing the unexpected in our direction.

I personally have the tendency of becoming pretty overwhelmed when I have a packed schedule

and even one unexpected phone call comes into my phone.

As someone who has big ideas and dreams, I do my best to schedule out every day so I'm

achieving my goals.

But if a face time comes in from a friend and I wasn't expecting it, it can send me

on a mini spiral.

My mind becomes flooded with questions if I have the ability to look space for that person

or if I'll even possibly disappoint them by not answering.

And on this spectrum of unexpected, that's not a big deal, right?

But what if that phone call was a big deal?

What if it was your partner telling you that they wanted to break up with you?

I mean, that wouldn't have been in your daily planner this morning.

So if we can control every aspect of our lives and we are interrupted by curveballs, how

do we approach peaceful living?

Well, like my life coach has mentioned in the inner self journey podcast, we have to surrender.

The act of surrendering sounds easier than it is.
