Basically it started as a mutual pain for both Otto and I we were we were we were

obviously very involved in crossfit and I think we both of us we we had this kind of

annoyance that that you you know the quality of the foods and the state

of you know what we as human beings was nourishing ourselves with was just not good

enough we're so passionate about it and obviously the passion and the

knowledge about Fisherall is standing from Crossville.
