Hey everyone. So the message this week that I want to share is all about taking action. I want you to do

something this week to take deliberate, courageous action towards pursuing your goal. Because as much as it's

important to plan it, to think about it, to have ideas, to read about it, it's not impactful until we

take action and we start doing. At some point, we have to stop planning and read about it. It's not impactful until we take action and we start doing.

At some point, we have to stop planning and start doing. So the more action you take,

the more you want to take action. It gives you momentum. It's like, okay, we've got to get

started. And then from there, what next, what next, what next? So I want you to take some

deliberate, courageous action.

And the reason I say courageous is because it's not always as easy or as simple as I am now

saying when I'm encouraging you to, okay, let's do something. Because often the reason you

you haven't started already might be fear. It might be self-limiting belief, it might be

putting other people first and before yourself so you don't have the time to pursue the things that

you want or you feel as though you don't have the time. So life happens. It's not always easy.

So that's why I say, you know, it has to be courageous and deliberate. We will not achieve our goals by accident.

It has to be deliberate and we have to have courage.

So let's think of some real practical things like what could you actually do today or this week or this month to progress towards the goals that you have and the ambitions that you have for yourself and for

your life this year. So practical, you know, can you go to bed one hour earlier? Tonight, like,

tonight's the night. Can you just get yourself to bed at 9.30 or 10 or 10.30? Whatever the time,

so that you have a really great night's sleep and you wake up tomorrow

rested and with energy to take on whatever you need. It's going to boost your overall well-being

to have good sleep. So can you go to bed an hour earlier tonight? That is one action.
