So a bit of a dirty secret of mine is that for all the posh coffee that there is out in the world,

for the freshly ground Colombian arabica and robusta from

Dominican Republic if I'm honest give me gold blend anytime with a dash of milk

perfect I want I always start on this first question because I think there'll be different

walks of life listening today you've got young people at home looking for the first time

job you have people that may just started in hospitality retail and then you also have the

LinkedIn community which will be from director level yeah maybe a few ministers if they're not busy

trying to sort out there chaos yeah from life what was your first job? What did that first job teach

you? When I talk about first job, I talk about the first job that paid you some money. And what

do you wish you knew that you'd like to pass on to young people or anyone listening?

So the first job I ever had, I was brought up on the Essex marshes, not far from you actually,

and a place called Mersey Island, a very special place, a fishing community on the East Coast.
