Well, it happened.

I turned 60 and I thought I'd take a few moments to share the experience with you.

I am editing a meditation at the moment and it's a third of the way through.

So you will receive another meditation,

hopefully by later tonight, maybe tomorrow morning.

My 60th birthday.

I think it is possibly the best birthday I have ever had.

It was absolutely fantastic. What made it so good?

Being with my children, I was with two of my children

who flew up to be with me

and we went to Port Lincoln for two days. Port Lincoln is in South

Australia and my children and I are supportive of conservation, that's one way of putting it,

and it was a dream of two of my children

to go shark cage diving.

So I thought, what the heck, let's do it.

And there was a lot happening just before we went away,

a lot happening in life.

You know those stages in life where a lot of stuff happens

and it kind of tends to get in the way of appreciating an event?

Well, that was all happening and bubbling away like a boiling pot.

And I chose to leave it.

Leave that boiling pot and I chose to leave it. Leave that boiling pot and go. So we flew up to Port Lincoln. We had a beautiful apartment at I think it's called the Marina Hotel and we had a lovely dinner the first night. It was so relaxing and so lovely to be with
