1:00.0 | And during tons of NCT oil and take these exogenous ketone supplements and thinking you're actually going to lose weight, |
1:07.0 | no, that's not going to happen, because if you provide your body with dietary fat or ketones, |
1:13.0 | and we compare that to your own fat, the body is going to always use the dietary fat in ketones first before it taps into your own fat. |
1:20.0 | And so, if you're not losing weight, that could be the reason why you might need to cut down on some of the extra fat. |
