Well, that's going to be part of it for at least somebody on your staff because the topic is running your staff.

Most churches in America have 70 people attending and only one person on staff. And this may not be immediately applicable to them.

But even then, even though 70 members might have a part-time admin staff, right?

Okay. So my- Is that church staff? That's what I'm talking about. So the pastor leading the staff.

with office hours. Okay. Do you require office hours?
