Voting is our civic duty, but as a 30-year-old, it's starting to become more nerve-racking because I'm actually an adult now.

Normally I would just vote with what my mama has on her ballot, but I can't do that for two reasons.

One, because now I live in a completely different state, and two, because I have my own interest and views on life and I need to make

sure that I'm walking in that.

So this election year more than ever it's important to be well informed on what is going to be on

your ballot and the ballots are so different from city to city and state to state

so it's time to stop the Doom scroll, log off of social media, and lock in.

I've realized myself this voting season that stepping back from the online noise

has brought me more clarity and peace and I can hear my own voice a little more.

all that's on the ballot and I know I can't be alone so I decided to do the

episode about this. So are you ready to dive in? single vote counts. No matter how it may seem, your vote is literally equivalent to any other

voters vote. You matter in this process and as black women, our voices carry incredible weight. Voting is a chance to own the issues

both big and small that impact us every single day. So the first question I have for you is,
