The first comes from Lonely Heart, who writes,

Dr. Ryder, I'm not sure what to do.

Things are getting lost in my house.

I don't mean I'd misplace my keys and find them later. Things are

vanishing before my eyes in my home. What's happening? And how do I stop it? Well, there are several possible causes

for vanishing such as you're describing, but let me give you the two most probable

you can put flower or sand across your floors and see if any footprints appear on their own. If they do, then you have some

sort of phantom, an invisible fiend, stealing your possessions.

Usually whatever a phantom clutches will slowly disappear in its hands.

Second, I hate to suggest this, but have you looked in a mirror? If you don't see your own reflection, you are the reflection.

You are a being who exists only in mirrors, but has become self-aware.

It happens more often than you might think.

The objects are disappearing because the real you, the person you're a reflection of,
