When they moved to this country and immigrated, they moved because they wanted a better life.

So they wanted their first child to be a gymnast.

And there's always this funny story that my parents used to say, and my dad used to say with such enthusiasm at six months.

We didn't have a washer or dryer, we had a clothesline.

And they wanted to test my strength.

And of course, you know, they're like, we'll see how strong she is. This is going to be a telltale, you know they're like we'll see how strong she is this is going to be a

tell-tale you know sign that she's going to be a gymnast if she can hold on so I

literally held on at six months to that clothes line until it broke.
