This is one of my biggest, biggest things I like to talk about because think about the end of the day.

We're done.

We're exhausted.

We're literally, I don't want to mess up my mic,

but we're doing a five second like cleanser to get our makeup off. If you took a white cotton

round and put it on your skin what would that look like after you wash your

face? Yep.

No, you're right.

And I've actually tested this out,

and that's why I do multiple washes now,

cleanses, because I was not doing it the right way.

And no one is. I mean, we're just not thinking about it.

So, Powgirls, I challenge you.

Put a timer on your phone for one minute and then cleanse your face like facial massage get in there make sure you're

hitting your upper lip the bridge of your nose all the way up to your hairline

your neck like chin acne I mean are we even washing the seabum dirt oil indoor
